We come once again to the end of the Week Dear Reader.  Incidentally Your Humble Narrator had Sexual Harassment training today which has left me rather tired.  To tell you the truth I rue the day Anita Hill took the stand and described all the nasty things the future supreme court nominee did to her.  Its not Dear Reader that I don’t believe that sexual harassment is not real nor do I doubt that it happens time to time.  But 331 slides telling us that pretty much anything men do is sexual harassment oh but we can’t avoid our female co-worker with our silly unfounded fear has gone a bit over the top. 

Since I didn’t see any specific references to it I can only assume that taking incompetent co-workers over my knee is perfectly ok.   I’ll be confirming that with Human Resources Monday Morning
