232 Years ago a bunch of eclectic drunkards and free thinkers got together in a sweltering building in Philadelphia and decided it would be a excellent idea to start a war with the largest, most well equipped and well disciplined military that the world up till that point had ever seen so their ancestors might have the freedom to fill their homes with large televisions and eat themselves to death at McDonalds  This of course Dear Reader was the birth of a new nation which we in the good old USofA celebrate by getting piss drunk and playing with explosives. Incidentally from an outsiders point of view it would explain our obsession with dropping other types of explosives on other people on days other than our Independence day but I digress. 

This of course has always been Your Humble Narrator’s  favorite holiday despite the dramatic likelihood of ending up in the hospital from playing with said explosives. But to me it is the story of the underdog willing to risk everything to fight goliath for a simple set of ideals that we still enjoy today despite the best efforts of our government and the corporations that run them. A set of ideals that survived the follies of our last president and the other morons we have elected over the past 200 and some years.  So I say to you Dear Reader HAPPY 4th OF JULY!

Now let us exercise some of these ideals by looking at some wonderful spanking pictures which I am sure the Founding Fathers had in mind when they gave birth to this great nation.

One of our Founding Fathers most brilliant moves was the 1st amendment or better known as the freedom of speech.  Happily this also applies to porn.  Now from the recent prosecutions of a few porn producers one would think this is indeed not true.  But Dear Reader this is the exception and not the rule.  You see back in 1957 in Roth vs. the United States the Supreme Court (unwisely might I add) that obscenity was indeed not protected speech.  Obscenity defined as “without social value” However the caveat was that ANY idea with even the slightest redeeming of social importance was indeed protected wither or not one found it was Obscene or not.  So how does a fledgling porn producer protect him or herself?  SAY SOMETHING POLITICAL, before during or after various sexual actions are taken.  Call it “fucking for Darfur”, “Republicans gone wild’”, “Banging for Roe” or some such thing.  Here of course we have Simone exercising her 1st amendment right to view porn on Girls Boarding School.  And while our Founding Fathers did say that we shall make no law abridging the Freedom of Speech they said nothing about giving one a spanking for it. 
 

Now unfortunately the ideals our Founding Fathers laid out are not always adhered to.  Some people simply believe the constitution is just a “Goddamn piece of paper”.  The most egregious violation of this in recent times was the Japanese interment during WWII.  Thankfully far from setting a precedent cooler heads indeed prevailed in time and it is now seen as something the Nation is ashamed of.  And while it might be little comfort to those that were indeed stripped of their liberty Your Humble Narrator believes that this is one of the main reasons that King George was unable to transform this nation into a police state run by unqualified religious zealots who would surly tried to keep us seeing this lovely piece of spanking on Cutie Spanking.
