When it comes to quitting smoking Dear Reader, Your Humble Narrator firmly believes that Spankee’s have the upper hand.  What could be a more effective smoking cessation program then a good hard spanking whenever one picks up a cigarette.  As for us Spanking Dear Reader,  we do not have it quite that easy.  I speak of this since yes,  Yours Truly has indeed begun the long process to quit smoking.  This time Dear Reader I am trying Chantrix which binds with the receptors that give you pleasure when you drag on that oh so heavenly cancer stick.  Personally I think for the spankee wanting to quit the pain receptors on the bottom would overwhelm any pleasure on gets from an inhale of nicotine.
