Before we get on with our Spanking Updates of the week I have a bit of industry news that should concern all of our hardworking spanking houses. Now I will agree that there is a issue with piracy that takes food from our spanking producers. But most of the piracy I have seen is simply for personal use. Not that I am condoning it mind you but quite honestly I would argue that most people who do that sort of thing will probably not be joining your sites anytime soon regardless of if they view pirated material or not. In fact it might even increase your business as more people discover their inward kink and decide to become a member of our little community.
But Dallas tipped me off to something much more disturbing. While I will not link from here since I do not want to give these people even an iota of traffic there is a certain company called Caning On Demand that is trying to sell pirated works! This indeed is the worst form Dear Reader. So I plead with you never ever spend your money at this site. Its not like they are discounting or anything and it actually looks like they are charging more than the producers do! Do not indeed be fooled by these scumbags. They have seemed to have ripped off a number of sites that appear here including Dallas, Spanking Server, Nu-West, OHH TEE Kay, Real Spankings, California Star just to name a few. Furthermore I would indeed argue that any person willing to engage in such criminal behavior would indeed have no qualms about ripping you off as well. So please Dear Reader as a service to you and all our spanking houses stay away. As for the producers who read my little blog feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

I know many spanking producers incl Dallas take no crap off piracy anymore as it is damaging if left unchecked. Yeah, sure, let the sad ones with nothing to do except share keep it amongst themselves, that’s always gonna happen and on occassion some have been identified and banned from various sites in the past so now they’ll rely on others for their “free” content. I laugh when I see some even bitch about “paying” filesharing fees, they really are tightarsed lowlifes. However, I’m sure any producers ripped off at this site (and if it’s the one I think it is, their prices are ridiculous anyway) then a dedicated DMCA abuse form to the hosts (check a WHOIS of the domain name)of that site should sort these scumbags out! Hosting servers will pull the plug quickly as they are well aware of producers protected copyrights…

These pirates have quite a setup: they are based in Hungary & Germany which (AFAIK) is beyond the reach of the DMCA, and indeed in the case of Hungary copyright law in general.
There are two aspects to the business: an online member site and the DVD store.
The online member site (c4slive) is pretty bandwidth hungry and is actually hosted in the States on caro.net servers. So that should be easy to close with a DMCA takedown notice.
The DVD store and main frontend sites are hosted by Servage UK, which is clever because it’s outside the jurisdiction of the DMCA. The registrant is in Hungary, and I don’t think Servage is all that interested in copyright to begin with anyway (correct me if I’m wrong). Also, the payment processor, SwissPay24, is some company I’ve never heard of before; it may even be the same company by another name.
The only thing I can think of here is to ask the domain registrar (Tucows) to cancel the domain – but this won’t stop them from simply re-registering with another, less fussy, registrar.
These jackasses took down my page almost immediately.There was no real issues with DCMA. Why? …Because they knew they were in deliberate violation of international law. It just grinds on me that they feel they can do this with all these multi-country registrations
I suspect that commercial-grade pirates like these are betting that national policing bodies have better things to do than run interference for “porn kings” etc.
Perhaps the industry needs its own MPAA? Preferably without the clownish legal tactics of course.
