Yes Dear Reader it is indeed time to close out 2009 with our final award. The coveted spankee of the year award. To your credit Dear Reader you voted your hearts out with over 1500 votes and despite this the top 3 girls had less than 25 votes difference. That my friends is close! [...] Well Dear Reader, This category tends to be a forgone conclusion year after year. While the competition for runner up tends to be fierce there is indeed one that stands out year after year and while he is indeed (as he would put it) a very cool guy and I enjoy his spankings quite [...] This indeed was a very close vote with less than 10 votes separating the winner of the Hardest F/f Spanking and the 3rd Place. While not surprising due to the competition out there Dear Reader it does indicate an opportunity for a hard handed female to dominate the F/f spanking genre in 2010.
