Welcome Dear Reader for another site review by Your Humble Narrator determined to show you how to best spend your spanking allowance on the best spanking out there.  This week we tackle a rather strange spanking site that has been around forever and of course  Yours Truly simply has not gotten around to reviewing it.  Now I call it rather strange since as a warning this site contains some “hardcore” thus really belongs on my other spanking blog Spanked and Fucked.  The struggle I have with determining which site indeed to put this review is that the spanking scenes are just that.  Spanking.  While the Hardcore scenes are exactly that.  Hardcore, with no spanking going on, which I might add is rather odd.  So I guess this site is indeed not spanking AND fucking.  it is more like Spanking OR Fucking.  Thus I figured at least I would review the spanking part of the site (which is most of it) and ignore the hardcore part of it for another day.

Site Offerings and Cost
When you first log in you would be more than justified thinking “I Just got ripped off there is only one spanking here!”, which indeed is exactly what Your Humble Narrator thought.  But once you poke around the site you will realize you indeed did not get ripped off, but Spanking University is simply suffering from an incredibly horrible site design.

Spanking University presents you with “pages” and on each page is a number of spanking and or hardcore scenes.  Now it looks like when they started out lacking enough women wanting to get spanked they used the hardcore scenes as “filler”.  It also looks as of the past year  or so they found those naughty girls and there is infinitely more spanking now then when they started in April 2008.

The problem is of course unlike most sites they don’t post their most recent material on Page 1.  So you have to navigate to the last page to see the new material.  There is also an “Updates” Link that makes a bit more sense though there you have to find both the movie and the pictures separately.  So the site needs some getting used to and whomever designed the thing needs a good slap for being a horrible web designer.

Spanking University is like many sites a video/Photo hybrid site offering a video and high quality stills of each and every spanking.  (Which makes my life much easier).  It looks as if they update once a week with either a full photo set or a movie.  Unfortunately not all photosets have movies and not all movies have photosets.

Site costs run around $24.99 which is actually pretty reasonable.  There is only a monthly option so no discount for a longer term membership which is kinda foolish but hey its their site!

At the time of this review I counted 28 or so spanking movies on the site and probably another 20 or  spanking picture sets without videos.  The Hardcore scenes are limited to perhaps 10 video’s and a number of picture sets.  The movies run about 4 minutes apiece which would leave one with about 2 hours of spanking video’s.

Quite honestly for a site that has been running for a year and a half that is quite poor.  Hell most spanking sites launch with more than that!  Should they ever want to be a large player in our spanking fantasies they will indeed have to rethink their offerings.

The Girls

Well the girls are indeed this sites saving grace.  They have quite a few of them that run the gambit of what we would find attractive.  There is a girl for everyone at Spanking University.  Many of the girl next door types!  There are no big names here and the girls have an almost amateurish quality to them.  But take not my word for it Dear Reader see for yourself

Scenes, Film Quality, Outfits and of course the Spankings

The Film quality is decent with most of the newer material running in WMB at 768 x576.  They do have a few movies at HD quality but they are far and few.  As for the scenes there really isn’t much leading up to the spanking other than the viewer knowing that the girl will get her knickers pulled down and her bare bottom spanked.

Outfits are cute and diverse with girls getting spanked in a variety of clothing themes.  Everyday domestic clothes, a healthy dose of schoolgirl outfits, a few of the girls act up in evening wear, though when it comes down to it most of the girls end up stark naked during their spankings.

Which of course brings us to the spankings themselves.  Well they are not going to win any hard spanking awards but they are a little harder than a paddycake spanking as well.  Not hard enough for Yours Truly tastes but some of you might find them hard enough.  The girls however are quite good actors during such spankings (or their bottoms are rather sensitive).

So what indeed is the bottom line?  Well at first I thought this was simply another spanking site run by non-spanko’s who just didn’t have a clue.  But the site has the “feel” of one who indeed enjoys whacking a girls bare bottom now and then.  And oddly other than the firmness of the spanking itself they do actually get the bottom beatings right.  On the other hand it seems that Spanking University is a site that doesn’t know what it wants to be when it grows up.  The frustrating thing is they have all the elements they need.  Attractive women getting spanked.  They just need to focus on it a bit more.

Its an “OK” site.  I don’t believe these owners are trying to rip their customers off.  Unfortunately there is little here for the hard spanking fan to enjoy.  Furthermore if Hardcore turns you off then  stay away.  Those new to the spanking hobby will also be advised to stay away.  There are considerably better valued sites out there.

As I said Spanking University is not really “Bad”.  Picture collectors will probably love it.  Also for those of us who are a bit sick of seeing all the usual girls getting spanked these guys offer quite a bit of variety to your collection.

Welcome again Dear Reader to another addition of The Spanking Spot Site Review.  I do apologize for the lack of a post yesterday,  Unfortunately Your Humble Narrator is quite discombobulated this week.  But fear not Dear Reader all is well, and my discombobulation will indeed be revealed later in the week when we have the “Name Brushstrokes Giant Cyst in a rather sensitive place” contest.  But for now let us explore the joyous spankings of yet another spanking site.  Today named Spanking Castings.

It appears Dear Readers that Spanking Castings is the latest offering from the group that gave us Spanking Experience, which I swore I reviewed at one point or another yet for some reason I cannot find.  So perhaps I am indeed mistaken.  Well no matter Dear Reader let us see what Spanking Casting has in store for us. 

Started in January of 2009 Spanking Casting has been chugging away at their updates for 10 months now and have amassed a respectable amount of material since that date.  Spanking Castings is like many others primarily a movie site with screen grabs of their naughty girls getting their due as a complement.  Something that I Dear Reader am most thankful for since making my own screen grabs is indeed time consuming. 

Updates look like they occur once per week,  An update consists of a full episode of a girl getting a spanking complete with movie, and images.  So no having to download them in parts.  What they do do however is give you two different angles of the spanking on different weeks so having a new girl each week is a bit of a misnomer.  It is indeed by far not the end of the world since the site makes no such claim (I simply assumed it). 

At the time of this writing I counted 47 full movies available for download.  The movie lengths run the gambit from 5 minutes to almost 30 minutes.  Most of the 5 minute ones are some of the first material which of course can be expected.  While I did not download every single movie my sampling got us to about 15 minutes per film which would give one almost 12 hours of spanking goodness to enjoy to your hearts content.  Pulse after you get though their backlist you can look forward to an hour of good spanking per month as the updates roll in. 

Costs are also quite reasonable in these recessionary times Dear Reader.  A recurring monthly subscription runs one $19.95 per month, well below average of most of the spanking sites out there.  Should you opt for a longer yet non-recurring subscription that price drops to $14.98 for a 3 month signup and $13.32 for a six month.  Decent markdowns for longer subscriptions indeed. 

So at the most expensive join price one can look forward to a Price/Spanking ratio of about $1.60 per hour of hot naked girls getting their bottoms beaten.  Indeed not the cheapest on the internet but a quite reasonable ratio for a generally new site.  I am indeed impressed!

The Girls
Spanking Castings use their own gaggle of spankee’s so one will not see any big names with red bottoms on this site.  But this indeed is ok Dear Reader,  While seeing Amelia Jane Rutherford or Samantha Woodley spanked with their bottoms bared is indeed a treat many times we want variety and Spanking Castings indeed delivers. They have nice little bio’s for the girls, who  range from absolutely knock down drag out gorgeous to the pretty but more average looking ones.  As Lucy McLean and Amy Hunter love to point out to Yours Truly not everyone wants to spank a bulimic supermodel!  But take not my word for it Dear Reader See for yourself!

Lets start with the Scenes and Outfits Dear Reader.  Spanking Castings is what I would characterize as a gonzo spanking site.  Meaning of course there is indeed no plot nor any reason why the girl is getting spanked in the first place.  It is simply girl comes in,  girl takes her clothes off and girl gets spanked.  Now when it comes to straight porn I typically like those with a minimal if any plot.  It saves me from hitting the fast forward button.  But in Spanking I must say at the very least giving the reason for the spanking definitely is a must.  This is really perhaps my only real complaint about this site.  Outfits are of course non existent since these girls are spanked in their sweet sweet birthday suits.  

The Spankings are respectably hard,  Nothing too brutal but hard enough to bring a few tears to the girls eyes.  Spanking Castings doesn’t seem to be too keen on OTK Spanking which indeed is a disappointment for Your Humble Narrator but they utilize pretty much every other position under the sun and probably spank in the Diaper position more often and better than any other site.  They also have a keen interest in the use of the cane with almost every girl feeling the sting of it upon her bare ass. 

Finally we come to Film Quality which I really want to congratulate this site on.  As I recall I was less than impressed with their sister site Spanking Experience when I reviewed it.  They have come a long way indeed offering crisp clear spanking video goodness in a number of different formats including WMV, Divx.  It is not high def mind you but definitely of good quality.  Some of the older movies are a bit subpar but that indeed can be expected.  The important thing is they saw their issues,  listened to their customers and indeed fixed it.  A sign of a spanking site giving great customer service

Who will NOT Like this site
This is a good solid spanking site Dear Readers.  I think I would be hard pressed to find a spanko who would have complaints other than the aforementioned issues.  OTK spanking fans of course need to beware,  there is indeed not much of this available, but even so the myriad of spanking positions they offer can keep one interested for quite a long time. 

Who will LOVE this site
Caning fans listen up!  this would be a must have for you,  and Diaper position groupies again this site is for you.  The lack of a plot is indeed a bit problematic but not a show stopper.  The spankings are respectably hard,  the girls are quite beautiful and the bottoms are of course red and bare.  I might even consider myself in this category even with the lack of OTK spanking!

Hello Dear Readers and welcome to yet another spanking site review.  Now I am indeed pleased to announce that after a brief hiatus our friends over at Xerotics,. one of the more prolific spanking houses are indeed back with our little happy spanking band.  And today we take a look at one of their new sites OTK Spank.   Now as you know Your Humble Narrator has quite a interest in OTK spanking.  It is indeed my favorite, and as I suspect many of yours as well.  Sure there are positions that one can spank harder and the cane is of course difficult if not impossible to use over the knee.  But somehow the idea of a struggling girl over ones knee with her bum positioned perfectly is indeed a thing of beauty and for me the only way to spank.  So let us explore this spanking site and see if its any good,  Shall we?

Site Offerings and Cost
OTK Spank is primarily a movie site as most are now days.  They do have high res picture sets to go along with their brand of hard hitting spanking but the focus (as it should be) is indeed on the movies themselves.  All movies are indeed downloadable and available in flash format.  Now at first I must say I was a bit disappointed Dear Reader.  Xerotics at least in my opinion is one of the most underrated spanking houses out there.  One expects quality from them.  And what I found was mostly video’s I have indeed seen on their other sites.  What were they doing I asked myself!  And then Dear Reader I saw the price.  And once again I was amazed at the brilliance of these guys.  You  see Xerotics is a master at adding value to their backlist.  They take their old video’s re-master them in high def and reissue them.  Now not all of you may be willing to spend money to see higher quality movies of your favorites but you must admit that it does indeed add value to a previously worthless backlist movie. 

But OTK Spanking is indeed not in high definition.  So why does your Humble Narrator think they are brilliant?  Well if you read some of my other reviews of their site my main complaint is that they were too expensive.  Part of it is how Xerotics prices but most is due to the exchange rate between the UK and the US.   So what is a Spanking House to do,  they know they are pricy but they need to stay in business.  Well I think Xerotics has indeed come up with a solution.  Release your backlist on another site for us cheapskates for a whopping $9.99  per month.  Absolutely brilliant. 

At the time of this writing I counted 19 movies running for a total of about 2 and a half hours.  Not the most material out there but the site has only been running since the beginning of July.  With their update schedule (every 3 days) one can expect that this site will grow rapidly.  

So at the price point and the material they offer today one can expect to pay roughly a tad under $4 per hour of spanking material.  Again not the cheapest but it is quite indicative of a new site.  I expect that Cash to spanking ratio to drop considerably over the next few months as they add material.

The Girls
One of the things that drives me absolutely insane about Xerotics is that they don’t promote their girls.  I am indeed not sure if they have an exclusive spanking contract with them or what.  Most if not all of these girls are quite attractive,  if they sent these girls on a tour of some of the other Spanking Houses a number of them would easily become spanking stars.  That is not to say OTK spank lacks big names.  Here you can find Rosaleen Young, (damn I miss her), Our own Niki Flynn, and Elisabeth Simpson.  They also happily took your Humble Narrator’s advice and set up a model database where you can select all the red bottomed spanking of your favorite girl with a click of a button.  But of course take not my word for it Dear Reader,  Look for yourself

Spanking Scenes and Outfits are typical spanking fare for Xerotics.  Oddly not many schoolgirls here which is strange for a UK based spanking site.  Its more along the domestic spanking lines at this time.  A couple of naked spanking scenes as well.  All of the movies have indeed been digitally remastered from their original format and while not quite high definition they are quite impressive running in wmv 720×576 and 2000kbs.  The area to download them is a bit strange since you have to click though to the flash version and there is a link do download the video.  Annoying yes, but not a deal breaker. 

Which of course brings us to the Spankings.  Which Dear Reader are quite good and standard fare for our friends at Xerotics.  Hard but not brutal spankings are indeed dished out to these wonderfully naughty girls.  The site offers both M/f and F/f with a small edge given to how women should be spanked.  By a man! 

Who will NOT like this site
If you have joined any of the Xerotics sites before then you should look carefully at the join page to make sure that you do not have these video’s yet.  There are indeed a few that I have not seen before but not enough to warrant a join if you have been a member of their sites in the past.  

Who WILL Like this site
For those of you who have wanted to Join some of Xerotics fine sites but felt the cost did not justify your urge this is a perfect site to get a taste of their wonderful spanking.  Beginners as well take note,  this is a cheap way of getting some of your first spanking video’s though I would have to say some of the other sites offer more bang for your buck to start your spanking collection. But in this case your total outlay is quite minimal.  (hell a pack of cigarettes in my beloved city costs 10 bucks!) .

A Dear Reader wrote to me a couple of weeks back asking me if I had heard of a Spanking Site that he came across.  Now I won’t mention his name since I take the privacy of my readers very very seriously,  he indeed knows who he is.  But since I try to do everything I can for my readers (after all you guys are the reason for The Spanking Spot), I indeed told him I would put it on my list of sites to review.  Well Dear Reader today I make good on my promise,  and quite honestly I am happy I did for this is indeed an interesting not so little site!

Site offerings and Cost
I have absolutely no idea who runs this site, or indeed even how long its been around.  But it doesn’t appear to be a fly by night site.  From the amount of material they have available it looks as if they have been around for quite a while.   When I first logged in to 1st Choice Spanking for a second I though I had indeed been ripped off!  But happily Dear Reader it was indeed nothing for you worry about (that’s my job).   It was simply a function of a lousy site design,  But once you get though the quirks they actually have alot to offer. 

1st Choice Spanking is solely a movie site,  with no pictures other than the movie promo’s themselves.  Now when you log in you are greeted by a number a whole bunch of thumbnails entitled “What’s coming next” which are not yet available for download.  It does indeed take a bit to find what is available.  (you need to click on NOW).  but once you find them there is quite a bit to see. 

Now I can say this Dear Reader,  that 1st choice spanking does not produce any of their own material.  This looks to be many of the English Spanking movies along with many others that we know and love.  It also appears that they cycle their available material (don’t worry they give you ample time to download it).  Which while not optimal one can understand to keep bandwidth and storage costs in line. 

At the time of this review I counted 50 movies for download.  Each movie is indeed a full length and not broken up into parts.  Average length is about 50 minutes which would give one almost 42 HOURS of spanking goodness to enjoy.  In addition the movies that are not “released” yet are available in flash and there are 52 of those should you get bored of the ones that are available for download. 

Right now Update frequency is unknown,  and to tell you the truth Dear Reader not knowing the history of the site does make your Humble Narrator a little nervous.  So I will indeed keep my subscription open to make sure they are indeed updating and if not I will add an addendum sometime in the future. 

Cost to join this site is $29.99, indeed not the cheapest but reasonable for what one gets.  There is no option for a longer term join which is a shame.  Please be aware that the list of movies they have on their home page is NOT everything you get to download (the ones that aren’t “released” are available in flash”

So at the price per month and not counting any movie that is available in flash only one can expect to enjoy some wonderful Spanking at a rate of about 71 cents per hour.  Not a bad deal indeed. 

The Girls
1st Choice Spanking  have a good mix of girls to be spanked,  Young, wives, Asian girls and even A female of color or two.  Basically it runs the gambit of types of Spankee’s. A girl spanked for everyone so to speak.  There are a few girls that I recognize from the English Spanking Scene but of course most of these films were made some time ago.  So I am by all means not an expert.  So Dear Reader look for yourself

As one can expect from the UK they have a healthy focus on spanking wayward schoolgirls.  This is not to say that this is at the expense of all other spanking scenes and outfits since there is quite a bit of domestic spanking to choose from as well. 

Also being UK centric one can expect much use of the UK’s favorite spanking implement,  the cane!  I can say that for Cane lovers that this site is indeed a treat.  Also one can expect a nice OTK warm-up with either the hand or the slipper from most of the movies before the cane becomes involved. 

The Spankings are hard,  Not brutally so , but hard enough that most of the girls receiving one wince and complain,  A few tears are produced but one can wonder if they are believable, yet another hallmark of UK spankings.  There is a pretty equal mix of M/f and F/f as well.   But again Dear Reader take not my word for it,  but see for oneself.

This brings me to the film quality,  Now here 1st choice spanking shines.  You see most of these moves filmed long ago are available elsewhere.  But these guys seem to try to give one a value added spanking for your dollar.  The movies are available in both low and high quality.  And quite honestly the high quality movies are the best I have seen of the older spanking movies.  Obviously not high definition due to the medium available at the time.  But high enough definition that they look quite good maximized on my 22 inch monitor.  Now again Dear Reader, I do want to stress to you that the quality will not hold a candle to the more recent spanking films but one again must be realistic in what to expect when re-mastering these older Spanking movies

So the bottom line Dear Reader,  is did I enjoy it.  Actually I did,  not one of my favorites but a solid offering to the spanking internet.  Again my one major concern is the update schedule but should I be completely wrong and they indeed do not update anymore or it is updated unreasonably infrequent.   there is more than enough to get your monies worth for a month’s subscription.

Again I must stress to you Dear Reader that this is not unique material.  These moves ARE available elsewhere.  So if your looking for never before seen spanking then I suggest you stay away.  If bad site design bothers you then I would suggest you think twice as well

Who will LIKE this 1st Choice Spanking
Collectors take note!  they have alot of movies that I haven’t seen in quite a while (and many not at all).  And in superior quality than I have seen on other sites.  Most of these movies are available only on PPV now so there are really some gems here for a much cheaper price than one can find elsewhere.  I can say as long as they continue updating then I will indeed stay a member.

Welcome Dear Reader,  I am indeed quite surprised.  Years ago when I started The Spanking Spot,  being a poor humble blogger I was looking for sites to partner with.  One of the ones I really wanted was the GBS suite of sites.  But unfortunately they at the time deemed The Spanking Spot weak and too puny for their time.  Well Dear Reader times have indeed changed after I got a email a couple of days ago from a very nice lad inquiring about how they would join our merry band of spanking sites!  I am indeed honored Dear Reader since the puniness of The Spanking Spot indeed has dissipated!  So indeed to celebrate and welcome them to our merry band of spankers let us revisit a review of one of their fine sites and look forward to their inclusion on the Spanking Updates of the week.  

We last left Spanking Shame in January 2008 and while I thought it was a decent spanking site, the spankings were indeed light and they were in the midst of upgrading much of their old movies to higher quality format which I thought was a great idea.  Giving more value to your backlist is indeed a smart way to add value for your customers.  Let us see how they progressed

Site offerings and Cost
Spanking Shame is unique in the spanking paysite world since it gives us a glimpse into the French world of spanking.  Always known as lovers rather than fighters (and delightfully pissing off conservatives in the States). I have yet to come across another spanking paysite originating in the land of fine food and wine. 

Spanking Shame is a conglomerate of spanking movies and pictures with probably a equal emphasis on both.  They do have a TON of photo’s but not at the expense of the movies.  One of the positives of Spanking Shame is that updates occur at breakneck speed.  For the most part they are updating once ever two days with either a picture set or a movie “part” .  At the end of the movie they do offer a full movie download which is quite nice (almost a must). but it does seem to be inconsistently implemented. 

At the time of this writing I counted 110 movies either complete or varying stages of completion.  Movie length is all over the place varying from 30 minutes to in excess of an hour.  At the last review I estimated the average movie length at about 30 minutes this time with the addition of new material and the re-mastering of all the video’s (more about this later) .  The average looks to be around the 40 minute mark for the sample I pulled down which would bring the viewer more than 73 HOURS of wonderful spanking in which one can enjoy.  

If pictures is your thing, then you will indeed not be disappointed since each movie is accompanied by both stills and high quality photos of the shoot.  More than 100 in each which will give you access to 1000’s of  pictures for your collection.

At the last review the cost to join the site was $36.75/24.95 EU.  Well good news Dear Reader, after more then a year and a half the price is indeed still the same.  While a little expensive for us American’s we cannot expect a spanking site to do anything about the exchange rate.  I had also complained during the last review that the discount for the 3, 6, and 12 month signups did not offer enough of a discount.  And while The Spanking Spot’s puniness was all but assured at the time, they might have taken your Humble Narrator’s advice since they have now dropped the prices considerably.  Something I indeed applaud.  3 month subscriptions now cost $23/16 per month and 6 months are deeply discounted down to $19.99/14 (they were $31/20 when I last reviewed it). 

At its most expensive that would give a prospective customer a spanking to cost ratio of a tad over 50 cents per hour. (down from 86 cents per hour)  An excellent deal indeed. 

The Girls
The girls on this site are nothing short of gorgeous.  They have quite a selection of them as well for the spanking connoisseur.  For those that enjoy a little diversity they also have a bit of that with an Asian model or two getting their bottoms beaten.  No big name spankee’s here (well they could be since I know frighteningly little about spanking in France).  Many of the girls have that girl next door look that absolutely drives Your Humble Narrator wild.  But take not my word for it, see for yourself.

Film Quality, Outfits, Scenes and of course The Spankings
They have since my last review successfully re-mastered all of their older spanking scenes which I applaud Dear Reader.  All are in DVD quality video now.  The only poor mark they get is that the movies are still being released in Real Media format.  I indeed have warned all the spanking sites in the past that I would be taking off points for this since in this day of media streaming devices right to your big screen television rm doesn’t play nice and it is indeed a dead format as far as I am concerned.  Its time to switch to wmv or better yet MP4.

Being French one must expect the outfits and scenes to be a little weird (though not as weird as the Japanese)  Besides this is the country that gave us The Red Balloon (that movie freaked me out as a kid)  and Johnny Depp chooses to live there.  The outfits while many are traditional Schoolgirl and domestic clothing can sometimes be wild and wonderful. They also have a healthy focus on knee socks which is always a favorite. 

That brings us to the spankings,  which to tell you the truth is the only real issue with this site.  They are still light to moderately hard at best.  They “seem” to have gotten a bit harder, and no one is asking them to spank like Dallas or Peter Schoober but at least in my opinion a good spanking should indeed be somewhat painful.  On the plus side however there is a healthy focus on struggling before and during the spanking which many sites do not do.  In reality of course what girl wants to get her bare bottom spanked of course they would struggle!  But indeed here are a few to wet your appetite
   

So Dear Reader the bottom line is did I enjoy the site.  Last time I said Eh,  This time I will upgrade that to ok.  The frustrating thing is if the spankers would just spank a little harder they would have a hell of a site here.  Its huge, the girls are hot, The quality is decent.  They are doing above and beyond for their customers. The only thing left is just to SPANK! 

Who will NOT like this site.
Hard Spanking fans, still forget it. They seem to have graduated in some cases to moderately hard spankings but many of them will just frustrate you. Great looking girl, great position, but a weak spanking. They really need to get some people in there to teach them what spanking is all about

Who will LIKE this site.
There is alot of material that I have yet to see outside of this site. So you would probably like it if you are just starting out or a collector. The girls are indeed attractive. In spite of my complaint about the severity of the spankings they are spanked soundly and they are nice and long spankings as well.  additionally the quick updates and the struggling red bottom is also a nice plus.
