I think we should all make an agreement that when it snows we all just stay home. I simply don’t get why one would want to drive though horrid weather making your commute twice as long simply to get to an office. Take this morning for example. Inexplicably after an almost 60 degree day yesterday we woke up to an winter wonderland filled with the heaviest and slushiest snow one can imagine. Unfortunately my significant other is one of those people who feels she must be in the office no matter what the weather. This is particularly frustrating knowing that she can easily do her job from anywhere there is a phone and internet. Thus there was your humble narrator at an ungodly hour shoveling this white stuff that will be gone in the next 48 hours.
Now given my goal in life is to sit in my cozy home office overlooking my wooded paradise unit I keel over writing about spanking porn. But it seems to me if everyone simply stayed home when it snowed life would simply be easier. The only people that it would enrage are the CEO’s of the world who got to be there making sure they got into the office no matter what the weather to impress the boss and ruin it for the rest of us.
