So last week our president signed into law a Credit Card reform act.  This of course was an effort to cut down on the banks most egregious fleecing of their customers.  It had simple things like, the companies must actually process your payments rather then hold them and charge you a late fee or maybe not double billing in an effort to get higher interest payments.  The banks of course responded that they would actually have to not give credit to customers that might not be able to afford it (the horror!).  Unfortunately this is rather bad for us spankers out there since the single most used reason to spank naughty girls is the over use of the credit card.  What will we do Dear Reader! I am not a particularly vengeful person Dear Reader.  While I enjoy hard spankings its more about the spanking then it is about creating pain.
