I swear I’ve seen material on this page m/f. They were just a few videos, maybe 2-3, but they produced some Mf spankings.

Commercially produced adult material is tightly regulated in Japan, although it’s pretty easily come by all the same. Perhaps the reason why there is no M/F spanking is because no producer has been able to get a permit for it.
