Intro
FirmHandSpanking.com is a survivor in the Internet Spanking space. While I was neglectful in finding out exactly when this site began, I can tell you at minimum it has been around since 2001. Now to tell you the truth when I was asked to do a site review of FirmHand. I was ecstatic, since these guys have some of my favorite models. I mean these guys made such Spanking dolls as Shannon Carson, Amy Denison (interview coming soon) and Karen Marshall. They also have staples of the industry Sierra Salem and Samantha Woodley. Hell what’s there not to like!
Site Offerings and Cost
As I said, This site has been around at least since 2001 which of course shows staying power. Now when I started this Blog, I promised myself when I did a site review I would go though everything whether or not I personally liked it. Dear friends, This is not the case in this review. This is a BIG site. I have been going though FirmHand for almost a week now. I’m not sure I have seen even half of what they have to offer. Just to give you an example, The special collection series alone has 36 models with anywhere from 6-10 video’s each (you do the math). Not to mention the photo galleries. In addition they have quite a few full movies, downloadable in parts, Various other movie collections, Stories, model profiles, real life spanking section, Chat room, Forums and a Search engine to go though all of their awesome content!
The site is updated 3 times a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday. How these guys keep their pace up I have NO idea. Cost starts at 24.94 for a 1-month membership. If you purchase a 6-month membership that cost falls to $14.99 a month. I would calculate the price per video, however to count through them will take hours!. No matter how you look at it, The video Clips alone would measure in the cents per video even at the most expensive membership.
While I didn’t get to talk to the owner, Everyone I dealt with there was professional and very nice. The billing is though CC Bill. My sense is their customer service is Excellent.
The Girls
If you like fake breasts and plastic girls, this site is not for you. These are the hot girls next door getting a good ass-beating.. For me, I think they have some of the finest looking girls ever to take the paddle. More importantly they have a great diversity of girls that will satisfy the taste of any spanking aficionado. Scenes, Outfits, and Film Quality
Quite a few schoolgirl outfits in their movies, which is fine by me, (love those plaid skirts). I can tell you right now there are no 40yr olds in school uniforms here. The Scenes are very age appropriate. The scenes usually revolve around the typical spanking fare. Punished by Uncle, Boss and Sorority sister just to name a few.
If you like hard spankings then this is the place to be, these Girls get hit HARD!. In most cases the tears are real and you can tell. In fact in some of their shoots they have to ease off some of the girls from the pain. 
One in particular paddling Madison Martin was scheduled for 10 strokes of the paddle. After 3 it was quite apparent that she there was no way in hell she could take 10 (they ended up cutting it down to 5). In another scene Amy Denison takes a bare bottom hairbrush. She was in mid sentence when the brush made contact with her hot little ass. She just stopped!, totally took her breath away (I’ll be asking her about this one in her interview). Dear Readers, These are hard and you can tell!.
The film quality leaves something to be desired. They are encoded in real player in either 225, 450 or 700 kbs. You must remember their old stuff was done in 2001/2002 when the technology to stream at higher
rates just wasn’t there. Though I have never seen them I would assume the dvd’s they sell are much higher quality. Then newer shoots have better quality. Though some are still a bit grainy.
Who will not like this site
I am not entirely sure who wouldn’t like this site. Perhaps if you demand very high technical quality video’s you might be disappointed

Brushstrokes
I was a member of this site for a couple of months a year ago. It had a lot of enjoyable content – some really good, but I found that the disciplinarians left a lot to be desired – awkward acting, not enough sense of a real punishment, etc.
Also they only sell VHS, not DVDs (I just checked today).
while your free to express your opinion here, please let me disagree. I found that there is indeed a sense of real punishment. my god, these are not patty cake spankings in the least!
One thing that needs to be said is that Firmhand has taken the idea of the special series to new heights. Samantha Woodley’s English Disciplne series with Gilian Lancer ( one of the best female tops in the world) and her series with Earl Grey are amazing. I love Amelia -Jane Rutherford’s Balerina series too.
FH is doing some very special work.

I’d like to clarify my previous comment. Yes, these spankings can be very hard and look very real. Some are really great. I especially like the videos that show facial reactions and also those that include slow motion sequence (I love female rears that wobble and jiggle under punishment)
But a couple of the doms just don’t do a convincing job in their acting, and for me that can spoil the mood. The female spankee is always most important, but I like a dom that conveys a sense of severity and discipline. It seems to me that, in general (not talking specifically about Firmhand now), female dommes do a better job. There is one on Spanking online who is really good. Sorry I don’t know any of their names.
