You know Dear Reader, Your humble Narrator being out of the Spanking World for quite a while, (my previous significant other was a vanilla). I am probably in need of a refresher course. An Idiot’s guide to spanking so to speak. Unfortunately I was never much into instructional video’s so I have been avoiding reviewing this title over the fear I would not like it. I could never be more wrong Dear Reader, Eve, Tony and the crew at Shadowlane pull off this title making it both informative, highly amusing and some damn good spanking to boot. Furthermore the acting in this movie is some of the best I have seen in a spanking movie, the actors and actresses did a wonderful job with this movie that words cannot describe.
Narrated By my Dear Clare Fonda the movie opens up rather dry, almost like one of those motivational video’s one would be forced to sit though at work. Quickly though the movie picks up and becomes a quite funny and sexy spanking movie. The first lesson they teach us is how to get your vanilla boyfriend/husband to spank you if you indeed desire ladies. I swear if Eve ever became a politician she could set woman’s rights back 50 years. Well how do you get your significant other to spank you? Well Ladies we are indeed men. So since our creativity is limited to grunting and obsessing over our lawn write us a note! But of course to 
actually get us to read the note one needs to direct our attention away from whatever program we are grunting at on the television. What better way then make us a sammich and get us a beer. True genius!
The initial scene played by Traci Greer and Danny Chrighton is excellent. Danny plays almost perfectly the quintessential clueless husband who’s significant other just told him she really wants him to spank you. I mean this is academy award winning stuff. absolutely excellent. Traci, while a bit monotone is quite spankable making it a very enjoyable scene.
But before we get to Traci spanking, we have a few things to go over, Played by Alex Best and the beautiful Genesis. First is the ear pull (always one of my favorites) and putting the naughty girl over your knee. Genesis looks awesome in the bright purple teddy she wears for one of the spanking scenes. After a bit of demonstration she ends up over Alex’s knee for a respectably hard spanking on her b
eautiful bare bottom.
Our next scene with Danny and Clare goes over the all important safe word and the "ease up its way to hard" indication. Of course we get to see the beautiful Clare Fonda once again over the knee which is always a treat. With her very proper demeanor and her fantastic ass she is always the almost perfect spankee. Her face grimace and letting out a little hushed noise as the blows reign down upon her bottom. The safe word does Clare well since the hand spanking she gets is quite severe, possibly toward the end as hard as I have seen her get. Excellent spanking scene all around.
Finally we are back to our couple Traci and Danny. Looking rather like a tomboy in her biking outfit her significant other obliges perhaps much to her chagrin since he is indeed a very hard spanker. Danny waists no time teaching her a lesson with the pants coming down almost immediately and her squirming almost immediately as the bare bottom spanking begins. Interestingly enough she has a rather tiny rear for a girl her size which unfortunately for her means that her spanker can span the length of her two cheeks by spank her firmly in the middle of the bottom giving her almost no relief from her punishment.
We then cut back to our couple Alex and Genesis. where we are told that women like to fantasize that their spanker is way more experienced then they are. Which of course, results in yet another spanking of our lovely Genesis.
Back to our happy couple, or rather a very happy male and a very unhappy female. Now to attest to Traci’s amazing ability to recieve punishment, she is able to actually speak despite getting one hell of a hand spanking, which is indeed impressive. 
interestingly enough her memory of getting a bare assed spanking is somewhat dimmed because what her significant other is giving her is way more painful as she thought. But Dear Reader the cat is out of the bag. word to the wise ladies be careful what you wish for!
Now we explore the age old question. What hurts more, leather or wood (for some reason I can guess the answer). Our cute Clare Fonda over Alex’s knee and the Gracious Genesis over Danny. Danny being the harder spanker of the two. We begin with a good old fashion OTK Hand Spanking for the both of them. In spite of the spankings these girls get there are pleasantly much joking around in this movie as if the actors and actresses truly enjoyed themselves. At one point Genesis teases Clare who is getting the strap and Clare retorts that she should hush since she is in-store for the strap next! (It wasn’t pretty the few strokes she got)
Time for the wood. well, plastic and wood.) Danny pulls out Your’s Truly’s Namesake while Alex uses the more modern (with just a touch of expressionistic far out dude redness) heart shape paddle. My dear Clare needs to toughen up her rear since she call’s mercy way before Genesis who’s disdain and extreme uncomfort from the stinging hairbrush is quite apparent.
Finally we go into caning, and quite honestly I find this important. I have never caned a brat before. Probably due to my penchant for OTK Spankings, but I indeed hope to one day Dear Reader. If one decides to use the cane this movie is invaluable. It teaches the different techniques of using such a device and very basic what to hit where, (do not attempt this while drinking Dear Reader). Even better we find out from our heroine Tracy she hates counting, making this caning something a bit different. Furthermore Alex definitely has a head game going having Traci almost bet to get the spanking over with. I am not sure it these were scripted or just skillfully ad-libed. Regardless it is indeed a nice touch.
Just on a note the movie runs 53 minutes with quite worthwhile preview of Pixie and Sierra Salem getting a really hard spanking. Its good stuff and since its only 8 minutes of previews I would have to say kudos to them.
So did I like Spanking 101? I loved it. While first and foremost I would categorized this in the "perfect for couples" I found it both entertaining and satisfying. Personally if you read my review and enjoyed what I wrote I think you would hard pressed not to liked this title. Eve being Eve has done a wonderful job on this title. Excellent work!
