The Spanking Spot Site Review: Regulation Knickers

Happy St Patrick’s Day Dear Reader. Let us all sing the quintessential Irish song “Oh and Drink and Drink and Fight and Drink and Fight and Drink and Drink and Drink” Honestly Dear Reader if there is any group of people that I am semi-prejudice against it is indeed the Drinking Fighting potato eating Irish. Unfortunately for my world view it is also the nationality of women I tend to date most often (and find most attractive)! Of course getting these young lasses to enjoy food that doesn’t involve a overcooked slab of meat and a 6 pack of Budweiser is a challenge. Ah but this seemingly contradiction on the life of your Humble Narrator is probably par for the course. So Kick back Dear Reader with your boiled meat and cabbage and get ready for yet another Spanking Site Review, Regulation Knickers.

We start off with a bit of a mystery Dear Reader. I had never seen this site before a couple of weeks ago. I assumed once again it was indeed a brand spanking new spanking site! While it looks “newish” there is a decent amount of material here for the perusing but even stranger the domain was registered way back in 2003. Obviously it has not been in business that long. I suspect that since the the last update to the domain registrar was Jan 09 it probably started in and around that date. Regardless of the age Regulation Knickers seems to offer what we spanko’s want. Decent Unique content of schoolgirls getting spanked.

Site offerings and Cost

Schoolgirls Schoolgirls and More Schoolgirls. If your a fan of the Schoolgirl Spanking theme like Your Humble Narrator is then sit up and take notice Dear Reader for I suspect that you will enjoy this site quite thoroughly! Regulation Knickers is predominantly a Movie site with the complementary pictures to go along with the movie. While some might feel that pictures are a waste of storage space Yours Truly quite likes them, for the simple reason they make my life much much easier. This is definitely a English type spanking site with the movies I suspect come from the English Spanking movies that we all know and love. Which incidentally who produces these movies. I see them on sites all the time! This is not to say Dear Reader that this is a rehash of movies that we have all seen. In fact while I recognize some of the players (I believe a very young Amy Hunter for one), I have never seen any of these which is a treat Dear Reader. Incidentally they also set up Spanking Parties in Jolly old England so that tells me Dear Reader that whomever runs this site is indeed a spanko or at least has contacts in the UK for naughty girls bottoms. But I digress.

Costs as most UK based Spanking Sites once again run a bit high, $32.50 for a month membership. That cost drops to $21.80 for a 3 month signup however I was at a loss to figure out how the hell to

sign up for the longer subscription. I had no problem signing up with my Credit Card and the billing name was quite discrete. So no fear of having REGULATION KNICKERS $32.50” appear on your credit card statement. They also take direct billing from your checking account for those of you who lack a Credit Card.

At the time of this review I counted 59 movies clips running around the 4 to 5 minute mark. This would give you a little less then 4 hours of schoolgirl spanking goodness which for a relatively new site isn’t all that bad Dear Reader. At the month to month cost this would net you roughly $8.26 per HOUR of spanking goodness or somewhat less to see a lousy movie in the theater. While not the

cheapest they make a pretty good effort to give you your monies worth Dear Reader. Once you get though their backlog you can look forward to two updates per week. It is unknown at this time if the updates consist of movies or pictures and movies. They do not offer an option to download the whole movie once its done so break you your favorite movie joiner. Luckily they only publish in 3 or 4 parts so its not a huge issue.

The Girls
There seems to be a bit of a disconnect between the pictures and the movies. The pictures seem to be truly unique content but when I went and looked for the girls in the movies they were oddly missing. Now if this is just what is to come or simply picture only sets coupled with English Spanking Movies is again unknown. I do hope however that they issue some of the movies from the picture sets because the girls are very spankable and for any schoolgirl or knickers lover you would be most pleased. If not I would suggest that they simply use screenshot of the movies they produce since most of the spankee’s are just as cute and well known spankee’s. You might disagree with Your Humble Narrator but showing pictures of movies you have no intention of showing tends to feel a bit Amateurish and misleading to me. But considering the content they do have It seems to me that its a simple new site owners innocent mistake.

But what of the girls. Well they have Amy Hunter who I hope will one day go over my knee. Emma Brown with whom your Humble Narrator simply adores and even the winner of the 2007 best facial expression Kirstyn Young who is another one of my true favorites. With such a base one wonders why they might need more but the other unnamed girls are just as attractive as our English Spanking mainstays. But do not take my word for it Dear Reader See for Yourself.

Scenes, Outfits, Film Quality, and of Course The Spankings

Well as the name suggests this site is about naughty schoolgirls. So don’t expect much variation on the scenes and outfits. But that is ok Dear Reader! Regulation Knickers is a theme site, they don’t pretend to be anything else and within their site theme they do it very well. Variety might be the spice of life but its refreshing to see one dedicated to one theme. Film quality is quite good, Either they are running more recent English Spanking movies (I think they are) or they are re-mastering older ones that I have not seen. The movies scale quite well to my 22” monitor. All of the movies run in wmv format which is my preference since I like to stream them to whatever screen I am watching. Sorry Microsoft haters but it looks like wmv is becoming the standard for streaming to that huge LCD television you are just itching to watch spanking movies on.

The spankings are surprisingly good! At first I thought I was saddled with reviewing a caning only site. But Dear Reader I was pleasantly surprised by a nice selection of Caning, OTK and the occasional slippering. Being a English spanking site they predicatively make no use of the paddle which is unfortunate. What’s with the UK aversion to using heavy wooden spanking instruments!

So I guess the final question is did I like it. Other then the few issues I mentioned here I quite enjoyed the site. Your humble Narrator thinks he will add it to the Spankings of the Week for some time.

Who will NOT like this site
I suppose if your not into schoolgirl spankings or English type of spanking then this is not the site for you. I know the Schoolgirl theme is overplayed but its just such a damn good theme!

Who will LOVE this site
Schoolgirl lovers, (of course) and knickers lovers this is indeed the site for you. Personally Your Humble Narrator is looking for great things for this site.

You’ve done a bit more mashing of the language than usual in this post Brushstrokes (not that it matters overly)

This site is, I believe, run by the same people as the old Strictly Uniforms magazine. There was a group of (IMHO) not very good pay sites that were a precursor to Regulation Knickers in its current form. The owners closed the old sites last year — it’s good to see that the rebirth is working out okay.

Jesus… I shot that movie 5 years ago. Never expected it to crop up again on another site – guess that’s how it works out for some producers…
