Today the US District Court in Philadelphia PA permanently barred the Justice department from enforcing the blatantly unconstitutional Child Online Protection Act (COPA). The religious nutcase's that run the administration will undoubtedly appeal to the 3rd circuit court but In his 84 page brief the judge seems to pay attention to a small thing in the constitution called the First Amendment. While the COPA is not dead yet my friends. Reading the brief my gut tells me its on life support and all that's left is for the next court will pull the plug. For Site owners this is fantastic news, for non site owners what does it mean?
