Yes Dear Reader it is about that time again.  To pick the lovely girl who set the spanking scene afire in 2009 with her lovely new bottom.  Before I begin thank you all for your nominations.  I had to cull this one down since many of you seem to have a new favorite spankee! 

Now again the rules say that the first spanking these girls get had to be RELEASED in 2009 which means if someone has inside knowledge that a girls spanking was filmed in 2008.  Well quite honestly I don’t care.  Them be the rules and well….. them be the rules. 

There will be another vote for the Spanking Blog of the Year on Wed Evening so get your votes in no later than 11:00 PM Eastern time on Wed.  I do apologize for the short vote here but the year end is rushing upon us and time is a-wasting.  The order they appear in is strictly random in both the pictures an the polls.  And again,  if you didn’t nominate then please don’t complain that your favorite spankee is not here!
